The split shot and shotgun interaction is fixed now it seems, this one isnt.

with 29.4 damage per bullet, triggering lucky shot makes bullets deal 66.15(29.4 bullet itself + 36.75 from 1.25x lucky shot damage) damage total
Then, because of the bug, while splitshot is active it does 37 total.
My theory is that since lucky shot damage is considered a separate bullet for some mechanics, the crutch code in splitshot that disables multishot from hitting the same target multiple times mistakenly affects lucky shot too, making the initial bullet deal no damage, but only registers lucky shot's damage instead, resulting in what looks like 37 damage = 36.75 from lucky shot's 1.25x of 29.4
