Spirit Shredder/Spirit Rend (Items) Do Not Bounce To Other Targets Through Ricochet

When you use the gun item "Ricochet" many bullet effects are carrier over to the targets the bullets bounce to (such as Inhibitor and Silencer).

Spirit Shredder/Spirit Rend does not bounce through Ricochet, and this distinction from the other items seems arbitrary/not intended.

I believe the normal bullet effect should apply to every target, but the headshot passive should only apply to the primary target (because headshot effects do not carry over for crippling headshot).
 
Additionally, Holiday's crackshot is carried over across Ricochet, so I'm curious as to why Headhunter and Crippling Headshot do not. By that same logic they should.

That will be a difference in how they are coded I'm sure.

Crackshot is acting as an ability, not actually a headshot, so it's carrying over because while it requires a headshot to trigger, it's not a headshot, it's the ability, whereas HH and CH both are headshots

Or an intended edge case for her for the exact same reason, i.e. ability vs items
