Spirit Lifesteal should be a component of Leech

Since we're getting more item components, this should get changed too. Leech feels like a natural upgrade to Spirit Lifesteal!

Yeah I *did* forget about that.
They could make it a 3 item chain like Boundless Spirit. Maybe going so far as to make Leech cost 9700.
