An anti-spirit burst item that you can cast on your team or yourself.
It also rewards being close to enemies by increasing spirit power and releasing absorbed spirit damage.

The rotating shields make this really good for the laning phase, since by the time you destroy one shield, the other one rotates in the way, giving the user roughly 460 effective health. It's almost like a better version of divine barrier, which is already cracked in the laning phase.
Would piercing/AOE moves like Geist Bomb or Paradox Carbine go through the shields and hit the user?
I'm not dissing the idea btw, cuz I do like the thought put into this, though I feel like it's a hard balance between being really good in the laning phase, and then falling off in the mid game.

100% damage reduction on a tier 2 probably shouldn't be a thing, especially against spirit. The problem with every other attempt at creating a metal skin but for spirit is the issue with counterplay. A bullet carry could just stop shooting for 3 seconds against metal skin. A spirit carry might actually have to wait for their entire spell rotation to come off of cooldown, at which point the item preventing them from dealing damage might just come back online. Metal skin but for spirit damage has the real capacity of making an entire archetype that's already not doing very hot right now entirely pointless.
