Spirit armor/ resist.

I cant help but to notice that some heros. such as Lady giest for an example have over powered spirit scaling in the early stages of the game. Regardless of the fact that she is broken and her essence bomb is un dodgeable and explodes to fast. None the less things like that do too much damage in the laning stage of the game and i really cant help but to notice that there is no spirit armor/resist items that are under 1600 souls. Theres needs to be simple laning items that deflect the amount of spitit damage you can take for 800 souls to make laning more balanced. Only thing close to being usefull in lane for that purpose is enchanters emblem and or cold front. Both of which are 1600 souls and by buying them just to survive youre begging to be fall behind in souls because now you cant farm after the towers go down or to split farm waiting for a wave.

Nothing is more annoying than getting hit by things that do 200+ damage early game when you have low regen rates no self heals and no ability to resist the spirit damage.

I just want spirit resist items that are 800 souls.

Thats the nature of her kit unfortunately. She's a lane bully like yamato and talon, so you have to learn to play around cover and from a far, especially for giest because it makes her bombs more dodgeable. So by nature you're going to play defensive, just like you would play aggressive against haze in the lane Now you can always buy extra regen and extra stamina for dodges and stamina recovery, and honestly 1600 souls for 18% spirit resist and bonus spirit power and recovery is crazy value for an item that you can buy it after two waves (if you deny couple of minions).

I agree, there should be some resist items at 800 souls. Also, the 1600 resist items should build into something either at 3200 or 6400.

But the 1600s don't build into anything, nor do the 3200s. Might have been ok with the old 16 slot system, but not so much now.

Restorative locket is only 1600 souls. It's literally the perfect geist counter.

800 souls resist items would literally be a waste of souls unless they were hilariously stat bloated. Saving for a tier 2 or even a 3 during lane has been the correct choice since the item update.
