An active item that when used, splashes a magical acid that doesn't do direct damage, but quickly eats away barriers and temporarily reduces spirit resist by a certain amount (something like SS bullets, so maybe 9%?). The cast range would be something akin to the cone of Lash's ground slam in distance and angle, but with a flat hitbox similar to Pain Battery, be it wider and thicker.
Honestly might be a lot for an item and could be better as an ability for some future hero but I have no hero idea to share. Maybe am overreacting to the strength of barriers, but I definitely would like to see something that fills this niche, and would also love to see something that does spirit shred that isn't a T4 item, tied to gun, or single target like snatch and focus lens.
