Spellslinger x Lycan Curse bug

When silver is in lycan form her werewolf abilities dont proc spellslinger, preventing fire rate buff

Spellslinger would be a great item for Silver if it wasn't for this

I second this, abilities don't count but items still do, doesn't seem intentional.

It's even more bugged because on any hero if you dont deal damage within 3 seconds of using an ability it won't proc ever
