Spellslinger sometimes does not register and proc the increase to fire rate. When playing Viper if I have a shield or target a unit that isn't directly shooting me I won't get a charge of spellslinger after casting a spell. This is especially frustrating with Vipers shield generated through sliding. Also, casting spells back to back sometimes doesn't register. It would be nice if the cast on Venom from shooting also procced spellslinger but I understand if that isn't balanced.
