SpellSlinger Headshots does not have soul shredder bullets passive

Apparently, when you buy spellslinger headshot you don't have the passive from soul shredder bullets. Meaning you don't get the 8% spirit amp or the 18% spirit lifesteal, you only have the 3% spirit amp per headshot

Yeah, These parts of the description implies that spellslinger headshots carry on the passive from soul shredder, plus that's how it usually works with other craftable items

It seems to apply once you hit a headshot, or at least the lifesteal does. The upgrade also works as a debuff on the *target* rather than a buff on the user like the old version did, which seems to contradict what the changelog implied about the change. I don't know if this is intended or not.

This seems to be correct, but you still only build 3% spirit amp per headshot, it definitely seems bugged.
