South America Servers have really high ping

I tried to play some matches yesterday, and the game seems pretty fun, but the server latency was really high—around 250ms on average. I switched regions from SA to NA and then back to SA to see if it would improve, but it stayed the same. Everyone I played with also had high ping.

I guess it's because the SA servers aren't as good as the NA ones, but it was really frustrating to play.

Why didn't they put servers in Brazil?

They already have servers here, they just don't have Deadlock, but they have everything else, why!?
Maybe Brazil isn't a target audience, who knows!

Latency seems fine now, both pvp and bots.

I wonder the same thing. Servers are located in Buenos Aires, which is not helpful for 90% of South America but Argentinians.

In northeast Brazil, you would get high ping, I imagine what are like for people in Colombia.

@Yoshi , could we have alternative servers in SA?

Every time with loss on this servers.... you cant play competitively at all... you cant pick orbs, you cant do shit... only when the matchmaking gives you a izi match.... otherwise... no chance

Constant loss on Argentina servers, few matches has no loss... as the botton right says... all the time is red due to server problems...

By MTR. I can see that i have no issue with my route until GRU server (São Paulo)... also on overlay it show no loss to GRU, it's something later... cant hit shit with it, cant do micro adjustments to hit... it's playable, far from good.
