NET JITTER

I don't know what to do anymore I'm getting really bad NET JITTER issues! my ping is 30 but I'm getting insane stuttering and can not play. I know its not my internet I'm using a LAN cable and get no issues with any other game I play online, I switched to Wi-Fi but it made it worse. I noticed if I have discord open and running in the background it starts the problem so I disabled auto-start up and closed it running in the background which fixed the issue for me for a week now its doing it again which really sucks It's frustrating and I know I'm not the only person with this issue and just really wanna know if this issue is being look at or even aware of please!

I've figured out for some reason discord was the main issue causing my net jitter! I've disabled auto start and it running in the background and my games are completely normal now. Maybe try ur luck there and see if its the same issue for you. I also disabled other unnecessary apps running in the background that I dont use. The only thing I run mainly is Spotify and so far no issues.
