Sound stopped working

Some sounds in the game just don't work anymore like getting on the zipline, Lash's Death Slam doesn't make the dings or the ending sound sometimes and at one point in my game all of the sound just stopped working with gunshots occasionally being the only thing that I could hear. Also a bit unrelated but my game crashed at the very end of the match and I don't know why.

Had a similar thing happen when they released the Hideout patch (no sound at all, then after a few minutes just gun sounds and the patron).
Even disconnected and reconnecting didn't help (was already doing that since I couldn't change my build, it was stuck on the wrong character vs who I was playing and I couldn't search for any builds for my character for some reason). After about 15 minutes the sound came back, unsure how to replicate the issue.
