Soul not collected when perfectly timed hit doesn't register

I don't know where to report bugs, so I'll drop it here. When a soul flies out of an allied or enemy creep, and you finish it off with perfect timing as it comes out, the hit lands, the sound is heard, but the soul is not collected. It's as if the hit doesn't register. Attaching the video in English, and a link to TikTok in Russian. -
