Sometimes tapping Q does a heavy melee attack

I'm not sure how to reproduce this but it happens relatively often with 30ms. I asked around on discord and people said they've also experienced it. While watching some high MMR lobbies I also notice players sometimes doing it too (try to light melee a creep that's flashing, heavy melee instead and miss).
