Heavy Melee hit registration and sound are sometimes delayed.

I've had this occur more than 5 times I can recall in about ~25 games, at first I assumed it was just a netcode issue but I have never experienced something like this before this patch, and after examining it in replay it seems to actually reveal itself in the replay aswell.

Basically there are some random occurrences where a charged melee [potentially also quick melee but I haven't noticed it / harder to notice] will make contact with an enemy, and not deal damage or produce a hit sound until half a second or more later. I could not find any way to reproduce this in Sandbox mode, but it has happened multiple times in real matches that could have changed outcomes of fights.

[It didn't show the hit that killed Haze in her damage taken board, but I know that it was my Melee Hit that killed her and that it was delayed]

Seems like its not just me and I noticed it happening to other people too. The Mina punched the Holliday much earlier, and then the hit only triggers about half a second later. You can see my Heavy Melee hit timing as comparison for how long it took for Mina's punch to register. We know it was Mina's punch that killed the Holliday because it was the last updated damage value in their damage taken chart.

It's definitely something that has been newly introduced since the major patch, I've noticed it happen many times on other peoples end, and it happens enough that I believe its basically guaranteed to occur at least once to someone per match. It occurs to both quick and heavy melee, I'm just not sure what the cause is since there never seems to be any lag or ping issue occurring whenever I notice it, it's just some strange delay.
