Something in the latest patch seems to have broken how Veilwalker and Shadow Weave's invisibility works

Shadow Weave and Veilwalker seem to be bugged on various heros in terms of how the invisibility affects them. For various characters, when an enemy is within the spot radius, the invisibility don't "shimmer" like it should, and instead keeps them completely invisible, but still showing certain parts from the character, such as Seven's lightning particles on his hat, Mirage's Djinn, etc. Additionally, in the case of Shadow Weave specifically, the invisibility itself seems almost instant for these characters. Normally it has a "cloaking" period where they fade into invisibility, but this is not the case. Also, these characters lack the "shimmer" they normally appear as when viewed by the user or allies. All of these come together to make it very unclear whether you're actually visible to the enemies or not.

Pictured: A cloaked Infernus, who still works normally. A cloaked Seven, who is completely invisible to himself, except for subtle particle effects. An enemy Mirage, who's normal shimmer effect is replaced by only his Djinn being visible (and an abrams who is completely invisible to himself).
