Someone living in the hideout?

Does anyone know who's living in the hideout? These are all in the same room/area. idk if the door with the light or the door by the pizza OR the elevator are how they're getting in and out.

ik where Rem's room is, but who's place is this? They're clearly storing cash and eating in the hideout and maybe living there too cs I can't find a way through the weird door. If you look at the image with the door through the grate you can see a pile of cash sitting on the table. All of that is like right next to each other in the same small area
