Some Item Ideas

Item #1:
Item that makes every other status stack unaffected by debuff remover, divine barrier and debuff resist. So debuff remover doesn't remove all stacks at once for things like escalating exposure, siphon bullets, amp stacks (Paradox, Geist ,...), Shiv knives, and any other similar stacking effect. For example, if you apply 10 stacks of escalating exposure, debuff remover/div. barrier will remove only 5 stacks. This could be nice to make someone's whole build not completely countered by one item.

Item #2:
Shooting a target builds-up a status that increases duration of all active status effects (stackable/non-stackable) on target by 0.5-1 seconds depending on how hard it is to build-up. soft counter to debuff resist stackers?

Item #3:
Doesn't need to be a whole new item. I just want scaling source of spirit resist shred like alchemical fire is to bullet resist. Alchemical fire has spirit scaling on bullet resist shred so maybe we can get something similar for spirit resist on silence wave for example? isn't game breaking but nice to have.

Item #4:
Gun builds use APR late game to bypass resists and get ~60% true gun damage. I kind of want something a bit similar to spirit builds but I understands that gun builds need to get up-close and personal to deal damage. Which isn't the case for a lot of spirit builds. So, maybe an item converting 30-40% of raw spirit damage to raw gun damage so its still resistible? Since its easier to deal spirit damage.

Let me know how you feel about them. How balanced or unbalanced they are and tell me how you would balance them. Thank you.
