I am playing at the lowest rank, Initiate II, and no matter how much I win, my rank doesn't go up at all. I often get MVP in matches, and on rem I have "highest relative to skill rating". I even tried playing unpopular characters like Grey Talon and have an 83% win rate on him. Please FIX MY PROBLEM, I don't want to play at a low rank. I see your post is marked solved. Did it turn out to be a bug? Having same issue no matter how much I play or win.
Hello, it wasn't a bug. When I first started playing ranked, I lost a lot. And as it turns out, your MMR can actually go below zero... With those wins, I was just making up for my previous losses. Everything is fine now; the only issue is that my rank goes up really slowly, but that's the least of my worries.
it is a bug, going below 0 is definitely not intended lol
