Social Voice/Text/Lane preference being reset

Social preferences are reset after every match. Also, when changed mid match the changes are not respected.

At least in case of "Voice and Text Chat"-setting, this is always turned back to "All-team" whenever there is a loading screen
(E.G. when loading into the Sanbox).

This issue was introduced already sometime before August 24th 2025:

This is in regards to Settings found on the "Social"-tab
(for those unaware).

Whenever there is a loading screen
( E.G. transferring / teleporting from the Hideout-lobby to the Sandbox / Testing ),
the "Voice and Text Chat" is turned (on) to "All-team";
this requires manual toggling back to "Disabled".

"Allowed Chat"-settings remain unchanged
(E.G. "No incoming chat", which also disables the "Chat Wheel" and "Ping"-text-messages but not the voice-overs).
