Slowing Hex is inconsistent

movespeed effecting abilities wont be cancelled, and the reason certain abilities are NOT affected are by choice.
Movespeed-affecting abilities are, in fact, blocked by Slowing Hex. But just only 2

Examples of movespeed-affecting abilities blocked by Slowing Hex: Calico Return to Shadows (+30%–50% movespeed) & Ava transformation (+65%–110% movespeed)

Examples of movespeed-affecting (and some other) abilities not blocked by Slowing Hex:
  • Billy - Blasted (+1.75 m/s at T1)
  • Dynamo - Rejuvenating Aurora (+4 m/s, full channel at T1 and instant when maxed)
  • Haze - Return to Shadows (+2–7 sprint speed, nothing in fight, but still a movement buff)
  • Ivy - Watcher’s Covenant (+2 m/s at T2)
  • Mina - Nox Nostra (flies upward the distance more than double jump, then floats even more—this should be blocked by Slowing Hex but isn’t)
  • Mirage - Traveler (teleports across the map—how is that not considered a movement ability while other teleports are? Also grants +2–4 m/s to self, later to ally, just like Dynamo Aurora)
  • Mo & Krill - Burrow (+4–6 m/s, removed on taking damage tho)
  • Paradox - Cinetic Karbine (+25%-35%+(build dependant) bonus speed, not just m/s in numbers like many others but in % like calico, but unline calico it buffs ALL SPEED and not just movespeed. Also unlike calico doesn't get blocked by slowing hex)
  • Victor - Jumpstart (+1.5 m/s at T1)
  • Viscous - Goo Ball (doesn’t add direct movespeed, but still makes you much quicker)
  • Yamato - Shadow Form (+4 m/s at T2)
  • Warden - Willpower (+15% movespeed, +35% at T1; literally on the same level as Calico’s ult, yet unaffected by Slowing Hex)

As we see above, the only abilities which add movespeed but blocked are Calico’s, despite many other movespeed number or % movespeed buffs not being affected.

This feels very unfair. Her strongest defensive and offensive tool, Return to Shadows, is completely countered by Slowing Hex, while ability like Warden’s Willpower (also a defensive %speed buff) are not.

If any developer is reading this: could the game be more consistent and not block Calico’s Return to Shadows, in line with the other abilities please?

Ava transformation is already blocked for 6 seconds by any damage, so Slowing Hex’s 4 seconds don’t matter there.
Her Leaping Slash being blocked makes perfect sense.
That’s already 2 out of 4 abilities being countered, but when Return to Shadows also gets blocked, the character is basically shut down, left with only weak until midgame bombs and (objectively) the weakest gun in the game.
