Twice about a minute apart I was sending a stomp down the stairs at Wraith. Wraith slid backwards down the stairs each time and the stomp somehow missed. No damage or knockup. Wraith had no items that should have affected it. Each time it was aimed directly at her and it seems to have gone over her head, like it doesn't fall fast enough to hit someone ducking that low on stairs. It happened in both yellow lane and heading to river from yellow sinners.
