Sleep Dagger puts Bounce Pads to sleep

Haze's Sleep Dagger puts Holliday's Bounce Pads to Sleep.

- Purely visual (does not affect other heroes using it, Holliday's stomp (not documented in video), or the speed boost received after the second upgrade(not documented in video))
- Occurs only if being thrown at the base, does not occur if thrown at the side
- Occurs regardless if Holliday has used them or not

Again, this bug has no effect on gameplay, it was just very odd to me.

HAH, would be funny if it would make bounce pads inoperable, would also make me question my sanity.
