Skill 1 Objective for Seven Doesn't Complete During Tutorial

[Enverex]

When playing as Seven during the tutorial, it refused to acknowledge that I'd used the first ability despite having used it dozens of times.

Proof is the ability just having been used in the screenshot with the objective (in the top left) still incomplete.

I had to just quit out as there was nothing else I could do.
