Frequent Disconnects During Matches Despite Stable Internet Connection

I'm experiencing frequent disconnects during matches in Deadlock ,the game suddenly goes into "Deadlock Offline" mode with the message "some features may be unavailable." This issue has become increasingly frustrating as it’s happening often and inconsistently. Sometimes, I can play without any issues, while other times the disconnects are so bad that it even kills my Discord calls.

For example, today alone, I was disconnected around 8 to 10 times. However, during these disconnects, my internet connection was working perfectly; I was able to maintain conversations with my friends on Discord without interruptions The last match I played where this issue occurred was Match ID: 28198998. I was playing as the Warden inthat match. I've also attached a screenshot of my internet speed taken just a few minutes after one of the disconnects to show that my connection was stable at the time.

Additionally here is my system info:

• Device: Laptop
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS with Radeon Graphics (3.30 GHz)
• RAM: 16 GB (15.4 GB usable)
• System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor​

This is only happening with Deadlock. I play The Finals on my PS5 and it stable. I also play MH Rise with my friends on the laptop and again its stable. I have done a whole BG3 multiplayer playthrough on this laptop and it was great. My internet provider has not changed.

I would not be reporting this if the issue was rare, but it’s happening frequently enough to disrupt my gameplay experience. If there are any logs or additional information I can provide to help resolve this issue, please let me know. I really enjoy playing Deadlock and would love to see the game continue to improve

Same thing happened to me playing as yamato. No clue why but here's the match ID 29363080

Are you still having this issue? I just started having it yesterday and can't seem to find anyone talking about it recently so I'm wondering if there's a fix I don't know about

My friends and I were just in a match where a few people disconnected before the game started and when it finally started I was disconnected only a minute or so into the game and couldn't reconnect despite trying for 4 or 5 minutes with various game and steam restarts. My friend also got disconnected but was able to get back in. I eventually just had to abandon cause nothing seemed to work for letting me get back in the game. An abandon penalty for something being wrong with the servers feels pretty bad. I have gigabit fiber and wasn't experiencing any network issues at the time or ever and we just got done playing another match with no issues.
