actually love this, support but without the healing. Not complete unbalanced insanity like some character suggestions either
 
I like the image but I think only axe splitter works as an ability. The first one is just better unstoppable at the start of the game, the third doesn't justify being an ability (it would just be a funny trait like Mo and Krill having reduced headshot damage, unless it had way more traits), and the fourth one is just a generic buff that isn't related to his character. If you don't mind I'll throw together a rework and you can tell me what you think.
 
Paul Revere's ghost! Nice & spicy top-down but these mechanics lack enough ways for one playing them to create strong story moments. Like the take-me-instead Emancipate resonates (every patriot loves a martyr) but the ult is too strongly aimed at combining with it: They play strongest by lying in wait while an ally gets caught, but that implies either true coordination (the ceiling meta then nerfing the power to curious noobs' detriment) or one's allies predictably derp around (a bad time)

Give me an ally-buffing horse ride to lead them away from losing fights before rallying to win the battle. Or a Boston Tea Party urn delivery mechanic aimed at starting fights. Ghost soldiers are very delicate theming but 'done right' one can go full Jojo's Keicho's Bad Company stand. Captain America before Captain America holds weight: Right now the location of New York arguably is being taken for granted
