"Permanently steal 1 stacks of health if a siphoned target dies"
I haven't been getting stacks for assists on enemies with siphon stacks, I only get a stack if I kill the enemy myself. I'm not one that cares for KDA but it really sucks when I buy SB, do 99% of the hp, a team mate comes in and does that 1% hp last hit to get the official kill, and then I don't get a SB stack. Maybe it's a bug that needs to be fixed or maybe its correct but then the item description needs reworded.
