Siphon Bullets Bug (Extremely [un]Important)

Upon reaching 2,999 stacks of Siphon Life, your gun will be shooting Alternate-Dimension non-existent bullets, that deal no damage, and proc no on-hit effects, including Siphon Life, meaning you can not stack it further. This bug is extremely detrimental to all my games where I get 2,999 stacks of Siphon life. This was only tested against a single target in the sandbox practice tool with Mina.
