and to think the first thing i did when the patch dropped was to look at the model cause i was hyped how it would look... just for it to stab me in the back
Hi, did some testing with a few other players and this does seem to be the case, even when the model is occluded by a wall. See the video below, where I slowly turn until the Sinner's Sacrifice model enters my FOV (but behind a wall). View attachment sinners sacrifice fps drop.mp4
The Sinner's Sacrifice is placed where you see the outline of the Paradox and Dynamo in the video. When the Sinner's Sacrifice model is out of my FOV, I have a rough average of 100 FPS. When it enters my FOV (and I assume is being rendered, despite being occluded), my FPS drops to around 65-80.
I cannot replicate the FPS drop offline. This might be because no other players are looking at the machine, and so it isn't being rendered.
