When channeling an ability (using dynamo ult for repro steps), you can use the second part of the majestic leap to come down fast.
Repro steps:
1) Choose dynamo in sandbox
2) Get Majestic Leap
3) Use Majestic leap
4) Use Singularity
5) Use the second part of Majestic leap
Expected Result: When channeling a spell, you cannot use items/abilities/secondary abilities.
Actual Result: Can use the second part of Majestic leap while channeling (to fly 20m and land a black hole).
Seems broken, but super fun with dynamo ult! If its intended thats exciting. Seems like a major bug though.
