Sinclair's vexing bolt still shows the indicator, but its not working as intended I think.
Currently the indicator will show after you shoot a vexing bolt, only if you look BELOW the enemy character, this is impossible to do in game I think. It just does not make sense to, shoot a bolt, then aim my cross hair below an enemy (if that makes sense).
It was "normal" before these recent patches, where you could shoot a bolt, and aim your cross hair on the enemy, then it would appear normally. Also you might want to be shooting your main weapon while your vexing bolt is in the air. You cant do this if you need to aim below the enemy???
