At the moment, Vexing Bolt can only be redirected at target locations you can see.
Alt-casting the redirect should should redirect the bolt parallel to Sinclair's aim, instead of towards the location Sinclair is looking at. If Sinclair looks straight down and alt-casts redirect, the bolt should fly straight down. If Sinclair looks to the right, the bolt redirects to the right. If he looks 45degrees to the right and 30degrees down, the bolt should fly at that angle on redirect
This would be HARD to use so not OP at all but it gives Sinclair players more control of their bolts.
