Sinclair Ultimate does not work properly with Viscous 4

When Sinclair has copied Viscous' goo ball at full rank, Goo ball states that abilities can be used during Goo Ball. However, this is broken as while Sinclair can use his Assistant Swap (Probably a result of other code) he cannot use vexing bolt or rabbit hex. I believe this should be fixed as the tooltip does not state specifically that it allows goo punch or splatter, but rather "abilities".

Victor's ult was fixed, but there are ults that are actively broken as of 07:00:00 UTC.
I am testing as I write this, and it is very late. Sorry if not thorough; I am very tired

Broken Ults and how they are broken:

Unable to use abilities while ult is active
• Drifter
• Infernus
• Kelvin
• Doorman

Other:
• Warden, Wraith, and Yamato (Maybe more have this) : When copying and using their ults, Sinclair has the Assistant as an ability that they can use while casting the ult—in reality, you can't use it; it shows as active despite not being actually able to be used...
