Sinclair still unplayable after the Billy update (Assistant bug)

Sometimes about half of the assistants I put down they just don't appear and go on cd.

Quick recordings of some examples, please fix since the hero is not really playable until it is fixed.

Tried to record some examples from real games but always crashed a few minutes in so couldn't really record.
The bug is happening for everyone and in all the current matches, my laste game as Sinclair for example: 39135658

#sinclair channel in discord is a pretty good example of how bad it is for us few sinclair enjoyers

I am also encountering this sporadically in every game as Sinclair. It seems to be triggered by casting on an incline, but it's hard to say for sure.
