Sinclair can get onto the top of the skybox using Spectral Assistant. Accidentally did it in a game by placing and assistant just above the zip at the start of blue and tping to it. Have tried to replicate in Exploring NYC and havent been able to so maybe has to be an exact spot or something to happen. Eventually just had the enemy team kill me to set me free.
