Sinclair redirect clunky against jungle again

With the most recent patch/fix bolts seem to go off into random directions again when you try to redirect them at the ground in front of jungle creeps. Not all the time but it is quite inconsitent

They reverted that change because sinclair got wallhacks because of it. It'll be fixed sometime before the next patch hopefully

Im not talking about the rectangles that popped up, but the targeting system itself.
