According to the Description of Rabbit Hex, it isn't supposed to interrupt abilities:
If Hex is used on a Haze in Ult, for example, the rabbit continues to shoot bullets and do damage. Same for thing for other channeling Ults, like Dynamo. However, if Hex is applied to a Mo & Krill that is Ulting, Combo stops doing damage, even after the Hex ends (see video).
