From what I can tell he used his bunnies at the exact same time I ulted him which canceled the bunnies cooldown since he was stunned but ig since it was at the exact same time he the bunnies also got through.

Managed to replicate this; using bunny while being stunned during the same exact tick will basically refund the cooldown of bunny while allowing the initial cast to go through.

This works with any stun, as long as you receive the stun within the same tick instance of the bunny cast.
