might be intentional, might be not - sinclair as silver's wolf form abilities are all level 0, no matter your upgrades on any ability. you are also allowed to individually upgrade the wolf's abilities by themselves, but you'd be wasting points of course. maybe they're meant to be copied from your sinclair abilities?
