Sinclair assistant not duplicating bolts

Unsure what type of bug or glitch this might be, small chance im just bad but from when i unlock bolt to about 10 minutes sinclair does not duplicate the bolt with ava, I made sure this was not a visual glitch by checking damage readout, I restarted and turned off my mods just in case that was an issue but that did not work. eventually it just started working again around 10 minutes i dont know why. It might just be an issue with the terrain on the middle lane?

I've been playing a ton of Sinclair and can confirm this bug is real. Happens right from the start of the game up until about 6 to 10 minutes. It's a real buzzkill. Dying does not change whether or not it works as I have went zero deaths 10 minutes in and it randomly starts working again. The assistant will create some sort of animation when you use vexing bolt but no projectile will appear.

A game that just ended for me: 71764187
Happens every game for the first 6 to 10 minutes. Major hero mechanic gimped, can't reproduce it in the hideout either by not upgrading talents so I am unsure what is triggering it to start working all of a sudden for now.

In every game, especially at the beginning, this happens: the hero is already weak, and then this happens.

Yoshi please look into this when you get a chance, happens every single game no exceptions. I've had it start working again as early as 6 minutes 30 sec.

It is insane this is still a problem after weeks. I've had to shelve my main because the early game is SO bad due to a bug, it happens nearly every game...
