Sinclair assistant bug (despawn + full cd)

sometimes when placing down assistant your assistant just doesnt spawn and goes on full cd this happened to me at mid while I was on the bridge and looking at the corner of the railing while placing it

feel free to comment more accurate information if you got it to trigger consistently

yup, big problem since the billy update. Lash stomp, mcginnis wall etc are affected as well.
