Sinclair assistant bolt can be recast twice

Little funky bug where the assistants bolt can be recast twice if a second bolt is shot and recast. Honestly I would love this to become feature of Sinclair to allow all of his bolts to be recast as long as he shoots another bolt and I reckon it adds to Sinclair's theme of trickery. Wasn't entirely consistent at the start, perhaps tied to game time like the Ag2 dashing bug?(https://www.dlmovement.wiki/universaltech/ag2dashing)
