Sinclair Arcane Surge crouch stutter/jitter bug after jump slide

I noticed using arcane surge with sinclair i get a bug where if i dash-jump-slide-bhop-slide and hold w after my last slide it will cause like a crouch bug where the frame will stutter and sinclair is stuck crouching for atleast 5 seconds, it really affected gameplay as there's one instance i tried to outplay but the bug cause it hard to focus due to the jitter and stutter.

same i also noticed arcane surge isnt working with bolt. the jittery thing also applies to anyone w spirit scaling speed like seven
