If Sinclair copies Silvers ult it results in an insanely short cooldown of like 10 seconds resulting in them being able to use the Ult more like a regular Ability especially early game. Is this really as intended or not cause this feels incredibly unbalanced during lane phase especially making it hard to come back late game.
