Simultaneous crash w/ friend and after relog both stuck at 149 ping?

My friend and I were playing in a 6-stack. Mid-match, both of our games froze and crashed while laning together. After relogging, we were both stuck at a consitent 149 ping (despite neither of us ever having ping issues prior) for the remainder of the match and still back into lobby, but my 4 other friends had no ping issues?

Context:

• We live in different households with different ISPs.
• Speed tests on both ends show normal results.
• One teammate lives near me and had no issues (ruling out local ISP outages).
• We are running on North America servers

Troubleshooting Attempted (No Success):

• Relogging
• Changing regions
• DNS flush / Socket reset
• Router and PC restarts
• Rebooting with a VPN
• Verifying game file integrity

Has anyone experienced this specific desync or found a fix? We searched the reddit and other threads and found nothing and open to any ideas! Thank you!
