silver ult first skill do not proc healing tempo i do not khow is it intended or not, but it heals you or i'm missing somthing

The healing from "Go For The Throat" is Lifesteal and Healing Tempo does not Proc off of Lifesteal. If you buy "Lifestrike" then that will activate it because the heal is not Lifesteal.

Lifesteal specifically refers to the stat "lifesteal" in vitality screen. Even if an ability's tooltips mentioned "lifesteal" it often still triggers temp (like Abram's 1).
