Silver default ammo capacity/damage and long range

Silver is great. I think the shotgun should have a bit more ammo by default to start with and do slightly more damage. With Silver, there are really no way to deal with long range opponent. I think a charge shot that combines all the shells together and concentrates in one to deal with the long range/flying characters would be cool.
