Silver and Sinclair Ult Interactions

When Sinclair steals Silver's ult, he gains the lycan cruse effect to where damage builds his ult, so basically while he is in werewolf form, if he just runs it down on someone and deals damage he gets his ult back before the previous one is even over. I just got ulted 4 times during lane by a Sinclair, really hoping this is a bug and not something thats supposed to happen.

Not a hard and fast rule. Victor ult works fine (still a passive even if it has a cooldown)

Maybe I was the Sinclair (if you were playing Infernus in mid lane). More seriously, it's not really a bug. The cooldown is just incredibly short: 10 seconds in lane without an item.

It's powerful in lane, but the silver ultimate becomes very useless, even crippling, in the mid/late game. So, I guess you just have to be careful and play under your turret.
