Silver and Mystic Expansion, Ballistic Enchantment, Greater Expansion

I can increase Silver's Go For The Throat ability's range with Greater Expansion and Ballistic Enchantment. But for some reason I can't choose any ability from the Mystic Expansion menu except Entangling Bola.

Here is the Ballistic Enchantment menu where I can apply it to any.

Greater Expansion and Ballistic Enchantment both increase the radius of Werewolf skills. They do not increase the dash distance of Boot Kick or Mauling Leap however. And the bola shot seems to have infintie ability range for some reason and I doubt the projectile size grows by %35 percent either which is a bit confusing.
