Being silenced during the leap anim of Shiv's execute causes him to immediately end the leap, slashing nothing. This effect is not present for other abilities with long startups, for example billy bashdown or yamato powerslash. For that reason im unsure if it's intended or not. Videos showcase it in testing and then also a real match example.
